About Us:
Freedom Boat Club is the largest boat club in the world — members enjoy freedom on the water without owning a boat. We are hiring a Manager who can lead day-to-day club operations, staff, safety compliance, and give members world-class experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise dock staff & captains
- Manage daily operations at the club
- Train, onboard, and schedule seasonal staff
- Maintain safety standards for boats and docks
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Coordinate with home office on staffing, inventory, and reporting
- Handle seasonal logistics (launching, fueling, storage)

- Strong leader with marine, hospitality, or operations background
- Excellent communicator
- Safety mindset; detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing teams & schedules

Qualifications:
- Experience in management, boating, hospitality, or customer service
- Valid driver’s license
- Boating/safety certificate a plus (USCG, NASBLA)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
