POSITION TITLE: Dock Staff REPORTS TO: Dock Manager
Dock Team Member – Freedom Boat Club

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Red Carpet-level service to members
- Clean, prep, and inspect boats after each use
- Open/close the club and keep operations running smoothly
- Safely maneuver boats around docks and to fuel
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and daily reconciliations
- Keep safety the #1 priority

We take care of the maintenance, cleaning, repair, insurance and storage. The fleet includes bowriders, pontoons, and center console fishing boats.
