About the Role
Freedom Boat Club is hiring a Dock Manager to lead daily operations at our Chatham waterfront location.
This position oversees dock staff, boat readiness, safety standards, and member service. The Dock Manager is the on-site leader of the club and ensures the location runs smoothly throughout the boating season.
If you enjoy working around boats, leading a team, and being part of an active marina environment, this is a great opportunity to run a waterfront operation and build experience in marine operations.
A Typical Day
• Opening and preparing the dock for member reservations
• Leading dock staff and supporting daily operations
• Checking fleet readiness and coordinating repairs when needed
• Greeting members and assisting with departures and returns
• Managing staff schedules and daily dock coverage
• Ensuring safety standards and procedures are followed

Ideal Background
