Boat Reconditioning Specialist
M&M Jersey Marine is looking for a hardworking Boat Reconditioning Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and like being around boats, this is a great opportunity to work in a busy marine service yard.
What You’ll Do
- Wash, wax, and detail boats to showroom standards
- Clean interiors including vinyl, glass, compartments, and decks
- Prepare boats for customer delivery and seasonal storage
- Assist with spring commissioning and fall winterization work (shrink wrap removal/installation, pressure washing, bottom prep and painting)
- Help move, load, and organize boats in the yard and service shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boat yard
- Assist marine technicians with gelcoat and fiberglass repairs including sanding, prep, and finishing work
- Inspect boats and report gelcoat fading, cracks, or other damage
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Boat detailing, auto detailing, or marina experience a plus (not required)

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
